Reliable Industries provides cleaning, maintenance, specialty cleaning, emergency response, and equipment rental services in the Cayman Islands.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Janitorial and cleaning maintenance
  • Deep cleaning
  • Maid services
  • Hard floor care
  • Area rug washing
  • Carpet and upholstery care
  • Sanitizing and disinfection
  • Post-event cleanup
  • Post-construction cleanup
  • Exterior washing
  • Restaurant and commercial kitchen cleaning
  • Tree trimming and removal
  • Flood and water extraction
  • Residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational, and financial facility cleaning
  • Equipment rentals, including bucket trucks, dehumidifiers, air movers, blowers, and HEPA air cleaners

All services and rentals are subject to availability, site conditions, scheduling, safety requirements, and confirmation by Reliable Industries.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity
  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact, billing, and service information
  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the service location
  • Advising Reliable Industries of hazards, access restrictions, building rules, pets, alarms, fragile items, confidential areas, or special instructions
  • Removing or securing valuables, personal items, fragile items, and sensitive documents before service begins
  • Ensuring required utilities, access points, parking, elevators, water, and electricity are available where needed
  • Providing accurate invoice or estimate information when making payments

Reliable Industries is not responsible for delays, incomplete work, or additional costs caused by inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, lack of access, or circumstances outside our control.

Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

Service dates and times are subject to availability.

Reliable Industries may reschedule or delay services due to weather, emergencies, safety concerns, staffing, equipment availability, site access issues, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers should provide as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Some services, emergency requests, rental requests, or large projects may require deposits, minimum notice, or cancellation fees.

Emergency Services

Emergency services may be available for urgent cleaning, flood, water extraction, or related service needs.

Emergency response times are estimates only and may vary based on location, weather, call volume, road conditions, staff availability, equipment availability, and safety conditions.

Emergency services may be subject to additional fees, after-hours rates, minimum charges, or special terms.

Equipment Rentals

Reliable Industries may provide equipment rentals, including bucket trucks, dehumidifiers, air movers, blowers, and HEPA air cleaners.

Rental availability, rental periods, deposits, delivery, setup, operator requirements, technical support, and pricing may vary by equipment type.

Customers agree to:

  • Use rental equipment only for its intended purpose
  • Follow all instructions and safety guidance
  • Keep rental equipment safe and secure
  • Not move, modify, misuse, repair, or tamper with rental equipment without permission
  • Notify Reliable Industries immediately if equipment is damaged, lost, stolen, malfunctioning, or unsafe
  • Return equipment in the same condition received, subject to normal wear and tear

Customers may be responsible for loss, theft, damage, misuse, late return, or unauthorized use of rental equipment.

Certain equipment, including bucket trucks, may require a Reliable Industries driver or operator.

Payments

Customers agree to pay all approved charges, invoices, deposits, rental fees, service fees, emergency fees, and other applicable amounts when due.

Online payment information must be accurate and complete, including the correct invoice or estimate number and payment amount.

Reliable Industries may apply payments based on the information provided by the customer.

Refunds, Credits, and Billing Questions

Refunds, credits, and billing adjustments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe there is an issue with a service, rental, invoice, or payment, please contact Reliable Industries as soon as possible so the matter can be reviewed.

Reliable Industries may request supporting details, photos, inspection access, service records, or other information to evaluate a concern.

Service Results and Limitations

Reliable Industries makes reasonable efforts to deliver professional, high-quality service.

However, results may vary based on:

  • Age and condition of materials
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Permanent staining
  • Mold, mildew, or contamination
  • Water damage severity
  • Surface type
  • Prior chemical use
  • Improper maintenance
  • Access limitations
  • Weather conditions
  • Safety restrictions

Reliable Industries is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, permanent stains, normal wear and tear, structural issues, or conditions that cannot reasonably be corrected through the agreed service.

SMS Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in where required, you agree to receive text messages from Reliable Industries.

Messages may include:

  • Service confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Scheduling updates
